Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

We're committed to making Peer Power 2026 accessible. Our flexible payment plans allow attendees to spread registration and lodging costs over several months at no additional cost.

By enrolling in a Peer Power 2026 payment plan, you agree to the following:

• Payment plans are available only for registrations made before the published enrollment deadlines.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your registration.

• Remaining payments are due according to the selected payment schedule.

• All balances must be paid in full by October 1, 2026.

• Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation of the payment plan and forfeiture of all amounts previously paid.

• Registration is not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received.

• Zero Hour Life Center reserves the right to revoke event registration if the balance is not paid by the final payment deadline.​

 

Hotel Accommodations

Hotel accommodations included in a payment plan cover the negotiated conference room rate and applicable taxes only.

Payment plans do not include:

• Parking fees

• Resort fees (if applicable)

• Incidental hotel charges

• Room service

• Telephone charges

• Damage charges

• Any additional nights not included in the reservation

Attendees are responsible for all incidental charges billed by the hotel.

Refund & Cancellation

The initial payment serves as a non-refundable deposit to reserve your registration and is not refundable under any circumstances except if the event is canceled by Zero Hour Life Center.

Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded according to the Peer Power 2026 Cancellation and Refund Policy.

If Zero Hour Life Center cancels the event, all registration payments will be refunded in accordance with the event cancellation policy.

Missed Payments

If a scheduled payment is missed:

• A reminder email will be sent.

• Payment must be received within 7 calendar days of the due date.

• Failure to bring the account current may result in cancellation of the payment plan and event registration.

 

Transfer Policy

Registrations may be transferred to another attendee from the same organization with prior written approval before October 1, 2026.

Scholarships and hotel reservations are not transferable.

​

Returned Payments

A $35 fee may be assessed for returned ACH payments or declined electronic payments.

Important Notice

Submitting a payment plan request does not automatically reserve your hotel room. Hotel accommodations are confirmed only after the required deposit has been received and your registration has been processed.
