Phillip retired from the United States Navy in 2003 where he spent 20 as a Navy Hospital Corpsman specialized in Healthcare Administration. He entered long-term recovery in 2006 and is active in both 12-step recovery and Refuge Recovery, a Buddhist approach to Recovery. Phil’s second career was as an Electronic Medical Record Technical Implementation Project Manager Consultant traveling the country assisting large systems implement a new medical record system.
Coming onboard Zero Hour Life Center Phil gets to combine his two passions, technology and recovery. Although his primary function is technical support, he is studying to become a CCAR Authorized Recovery Coach.
Phil is happily married to his best friend Carol and has three grown children, two grandchildren and a 110-pound Vietnamese pot-belly house pig named Pepe.
